TURNAROUND

Your file will be emailed to you in 1-2 business days of purchasing, provided we have everything we need from you.

WHAT YOU GET

You will be provided with a pdf worksheet of the embroidery file, a digital graphic proof (screenshot), and the machine file format of your choice. These files will be uploaded to your order and your order will be marked completed. This design includes up to 3 sizes. Please specify which sizes you need.

REVISIONS / APPROVAL

We will provide you with a digital proof of your design prior to emailing you the files.
Minor revisions are allowed at this stage of the design process.

We want you to love the letter we choose and so we give you this opportunity to approve it.
Not all letter swaps will have the same look and so we hope you can trust us to choose the best design. Please be absolutely certain about the style you want or the changes you want to see, as they will add design time and delay delivery of the file.

Once the files are emailed, the order is marked as completed, we can only make changes if it involves the quality of the stitching on our end. These changes will need to be emailed to you once the order is marked completed.

REFUNDS

Due to the nature of the electronic files provided in this item, no refunds after the files have been delivered and uploaded to your order for instant download.
